This system informs you up front of the cost for each project and allows you to accurately quote your customers quickly and effecently.
Once the order is submitted your Cabinet Design Specialist will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your cabinet order and arrange payment. After your order is placed, your dedicated Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify your information and explain delivery and warranty information. We schedule your delivery and keep you informed of estimated and actual dates as soon as we receive them.
After your cabinets have been delivered, we will contact you to ensure you received everything in good condition. In the event a warranty issue may arise, we will coordinate getting any replacement parts to you as quickly as possible. If you get into the installation process and realize you need additional pieces, your Customer Service Representative will handle all add-on orders for you with the same great savings.
