A : We carry some of the exact some product lines you will find in a home center. We also carry exclusive lines of cabinetry made by some of the same manufacturers but are only available through us. A : All changes to your order must be made before you finalize and submit your order for production. In order to keep our delivery times quick, we have a very streamlined order processing system that will allow you to receive your cabinets as quick as possible.

It is very difficult for custom cabinet manufacturers to compete with a pre-manufactured cabinet because of the gaurrantees customers can rely only. Only Premanufacturerd cabinets can gaurantee the finish, construction, and consistent quality you the customer deserves.

A : We ship full kitchens all over the US and pride ourselves on efficiency and durability. The shipping and delivery charges varys on the size of your order, your location whetther it is inner city or rural, and the size of truck that can access your home. We have set prices from our deliverey agents across the US and it could range from 150 to 500 on an average size kitchen.
Q : Why was my custom cabinet quote significantly lower than my pre-Manufactured cabinet quote?
A : ”Custom” cabinets is a misleading term used by a lot of carpenters. There are many quality and construction differences between “custom” and “pre-manufactured” cabinets. True custom cabinets, where the carpenter is manufacturing the cabinets, doors, and staining all wood pieces with a catalyzed finish is definitely custom. For that type of service most custom cabinet shops will be triple the price of pre-manufactured cabinets. However the custom cabinets that most people are receiving quotes on is not even in the same class as pre-manufactured cabinets. Most low end cabinet shops are purchasing the doors from a door supplier and the drawer boxes from a drawer box manufacturer, and then assembling wood face frames on site. The finish that is applied to this type of custom cabinetry is usually water based and will definitely fade in color within one year. So the word “Custom” is very misleading and 99% of the time the reason why the quote on “custom” cabinetry is significantly lower than “pre-manufactured” is because the product is definitely a lower quality product that is not going to last as long as pre-manufactured cabinetry.
Q : What is the delivery time for my new cabinets?
A : Delivery times for cabinets varies depending on the manufacturer, time of year and your location. Delivery to you could be anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks. As with most industries, cabinet manufacturing has a peak season in which delivery times will be longer than normal. Contact your Cabinet Design Specialist for current lead times.
Q : How can I be sure my cabinets will arrive in perfect condition, and what if there's missing or damaged parts?
A : All cabinets are built to order and shipped factory-direct to your job-site. Quality control, superior cabinet construction, heavy-duty engineered corrugated packaging along with factory-direct handling and delivery ensure your cabinets will arrive to you in perfect condition. In the rare event a part is damaged or missing, we can typically UPS a replacement part, factory-direct to your home or job-site on a priority basis. If we need to replace an entire cabinet it goes into priority production and will be shipped on truck straight from the factory.
Q : How do I pay for my cabinets?
A : We accept Cashier’s checks, credit card checks, and most credit cards. Depending on the lead time by the manufactuer we require either full payment up front before your order goes into production, or a 50% deposit on the longer lead times with the balance due right before delivery.
